Drinking granola fruit mix at the Union Station.
Left home at 7:50 alongwith DB. He was going by car today upto his place of work near Union Station. It started drizzling just after we got into the car and then started raining heavily on the way. We decided to go ahead..wait for the rain to stop and do some sightseeing or maybe just get back home if weather did not co-operate. Luckily for us it stopped raining after we reached there, but it was cold. So, got into the nearest Museum, the Postal Museum. Then went to the Botanic Garden where we spent a long time. It was beautiful. Had our packed lunch (cous cous and brussel sprouts) before we left the museum. Then went to the Sculpture Museum just next to it. All Museums are close to each other..walking distance. DC has full of Museums..can't finish them all! Spent a long time at the Sculpture Museum too. Had to leave by 3:00 'cos Jayanthi said she will pick us up at Shady Grove station at 4:00. Went with Jayanthi to her school. She had to finish a meeting there. Was there for an hour..had to wait for Samyugda to finish her music class. Did not go out anywhere

At the Postal Museum. Trying to key in the zip codes as fast as the letters come in.
after dinner . We were tired. R, DB and Jayanthi talked until late in the night about marriage, patriotism etc...serious discussion! I as usual just listened!
