Day 14 - Washingto DC II 004

Owley the mascot dog of the Postal dept. This dog used to follow the postmen sometimes the post van and sometimes travel in the train along with the mail for several miles across the country.

Left home at 7:50 alongwith DB. He was going by car today upto his place of work near Union Station. It started drizzling just after we got into the car and then started raining heavily on the way.
