We didn't have daycare for Karlie yesterday which meant we couldn't go into D.C. so we decided to go to a DDD's (15th) in Baltimore. I plugged it into the GPS and away we went. Korean War Plaque

This is the plaque at the Korean War Memorial.

These men are part of the Korean War memorial. They have them all throughout the are as if they were walking through combat.

This is the Korean Memorial wall. These images are etched into the wall. They are photos of actual soldiers that fought in war.

Don Freedom Isn

This wall is part of the Korean War Memorial. Don liked it and wanted his picture taken.

White House

And here is "the" White House. Notice the guard on the roof. They have so much security around this place. Danged 9-11! It really did change our country in many ways. Very sad........

Amazing Pictures!
The trip to DC looked amazing! I love all the pictures you took of the monuments. I could actually imagine being there and sharing in the experience. I can't wait until we can take road trips to fabulous destinations like the two of you are doing while you are young and still enjoying life. Keep the pix coming--love em!
