Helping keep the pet population in check since 1994
I received this email from my younger brother today and found it humorous. I wanted to share it with all of you. Its your choice whether you would or would not live in an area like this?

Susan M. on Roxboough Drive, said on Friday afternoon. "He walked down our stairs and across our patio through the open lot onto Brown Fox Trail. Please watch out for your kids, pets, etc. and share this info with our fellow neighbors." ~ May 20th

Wow, a freaking bear! Probably make you piss your pants if you weren't paying attention heading out to the garden. Maybe he's just hanging around your yard looking for a snack? Did you have Salmon steaks last night? Forgot to put the bear proof trash cans out again?

This reminds me of the movie The Great Outdoors when John Candy tosses a babyruth candy bar on the hood of his Jeep Cherokee. Then three large brown bears climb onto the Jeep. But they wont get off his Jeep, so he just drives away.

Do you think this would make a good selling point for homes in the area... Our quaint neighborhood is located
at the base of Roxborough State Park just around the corner from Arrow Head Golf Course and to help keep the pet population down with have an on-call brown bear population. Remember to buy bear proof trash cans at your local home store. Enjoy your new happy home! & welcome to the neighborhood. (cheesy grin) 😊
