Our destination today was diverted from Grand Junction to Denver to drop off the damaged rental car. It's about a 6 hour drive so we had plenty of time to watch the scenery, movies, and work on summer school packets! Silverton is along the journey so we stopped in town to watch the train pull in and grab some good ice cream.

Feeling better with a new vehicle that doesn't have wind blowing thru the plastic on the window. From Denver we headed to Estes Park just in time to check in to our hotel and call it a night.

You get the idea - partial effect with the door open. No glass and also missing the front mirror with some nice dents on the passenger door too.
