Hi all,

Whaoooo... It feels great to be seeing all the cities that I talked of visiting for years. California really is one of the most beautiful places to live in the world. Gorgeous beaches, fantastic weather ( +25'C in Feb!), fine houses, cars, boats, highways, parks, museums etc etc...

My first destination was Orange County where I participated in a 3 day 'Ayruvadic' programme at a centre run by one of my favourite authors, Deepak Chopra. The centre is located at the renowned 'La Costa' resort. I went for a swim in the ocean, but even the South Beach in Rush is warmer 😉

I spent the weekend in San Diego, just over the border from Mexico. Went whale watching and saw some 45' Gray whales. Amazing moment when you first capture a glimpse of such mammoth mammals. San Diego is a very clean and friendly city. From there I took a train (13Hrs) north to LA & San Francisco, and I'm still only half way through California! The economy of California is a big as that of Germany!

In San Francisco I have been staying with my sister-in-laws sister, Rickie. Her son is the image of my nephew, Louis! I met up with my friend, Mary from London, who is also travelling around the world. Both our itineraries overlapped in San Fran.

Tomorrow morning I fly to Toronto, where I'll be staying with my sister Caroline for a few days.

Enjoy the pics.

Adios,

-Adrian,
