Bonnie and I came back to Mexico from Guatemala. We went diving in Cenotes around Tulum and Playa del Carmen, and had a few dives in the Ocean near Playa del Carmen. And Silvester in Cancun...:-) Diving in the ocean was special we wanted to see sharks, and we saw some at "Jardines". Just a few hundred meters away from the pier at Playa del Carmen. That's the Cenote I dived the last time.

Actually the system is called Sistema Sac Actun. It covers several hundred kilometers of caves, which are connected. I think the definition of connected is that divers could fit through all the gaps, so you could go there in one go.

You can walk around the Cenote and part of the cave is lying on dry ground.

Bat cave is a part of Dos Ojos, and you would only be allowed to go there with a guide. (we went without, but had another group infront of us).
