Kate and I in the Restaurant just before sitting.
A lot of what we do works around eating!
2 sea days make it necessary to work at having fun, without overeating and drinking.
The weather was cool and rainy so everyone was inside clogging up all the venues.
Dinner at one of the Specialty Restaurants, now that was a nice experience!
Kate had her first ever crab cake sans onions, it was tres bien , we are in Quebec ,or Keebeck as some are referring to it , so I am practicing.
Our friends were having a burger with us on the pool deck , Richard came up with a piece of steel from a grille cleaning brush in his burg.
That resulted in the 4 of us being treated to 2 nights in the Specialty Restaurants of our choice. About $800 worth of ooops. Looking forward to the gastronom.
Mostly just visiting with people we have met and enjoying the ambiance.
I did lose my room card in the sea water pool, sloshing around with Kathy. When I realized it was missing I went back looking for it.
Thank goodness no one was there. We were in rough
seas and that pool was trying to empty itself. It was in the dark , could not see the bottom and had to shuffle around in a decreasing pattern hoping to feel it with my toes
I persevered , found it, took 20 minutes.
Now the pool is 4 1/2 feet deep and I had to do my Jaques Cousteau impersonation, matching the sloshes , which took the depth to closer to 6 feet.
I’m sure when security took a look at the video , it was like WTF.
Quebec City next up.
