PEI - Circle Tour

The island of PEI is roughly divided into 3 regions with 2 major cities. We are staying in the more central region closer to Charlottetown.

This morning we headed west towards Summerside. There was not a great deal to see there so we headed north towards the Atlantic Coast.

We visited the home where Lucy Maud Montgomery spent most of her childhood. We also drove past the home she was born in.

Continuing along route 6 we visited several of the Atlantic side beaches.

To date we had eaten a few lobster rolls so today we decided we would enjoy a complete lobster. One of those things you have to do even though lobster rolls are a better deal. We ate mid-day so our evening meal will be bread, cheese & wine at the B & B.
