Thank you for the messages - we LOVE hearing from you all.. Some photos for you to check out at last!!

will write some more in a couple of days but Ottowa so far is MAGNIFICENT - it really is a beautiful city - we took the car back yesterday and Lou narrowly avoided getting arrested - drove the whole trip through the city on the yellow bus route - shit !!! But there was no traffic ha ha ha

Arrived at B & B and place is fab and only two blocks from the city centre - but..........
Lillian is a looney - completely bonkers - we have no words to describe it we just look at each other and try not to laugh - more on that after two more nights there ... she woke her husband up this morning made him come upstairs to play the baby grand piano for us - whilst having brecky - whole atmosphere was ruined because looney lil wouldn't shut up - very funny - he played louder - she talked louder...

dead skunk in the middle of the road - remember that song - we saw two on the way to Ottowa - don't know if they smell - didn't wind the window down.

Explored on red bus for an hour an half yesterday and Ottowa and both wishing that the canal was frozen over so that we could skate on it - can't get our head around the whole canal being used for that - 7 klms of skating - now we have our bearings are off on a big walk tody to explore at a closer angle - city is really compact and we will have a great day at parliament house, library, museum etc - will have more to tell once we do that...
