Up early and on the road just after 10 am. Drove to Medicine Hat and found a great cafe to get on the internet and put up several more blogs and send out a few emails.

Started back on the road around 2 pm, after Otis having a bit of a stretch. Drove through the most spectular weather, you could see it coming (or I guess I was driving into the storm), which lasted about 4 minutes!

Literally drove through Calgary and into Banff National Park. The temperature dropped again to 9 - 12 C, depending on where you are.

Decided to camp at Lake Louise for the next 3 nights. The campsite has a bear fence (electric) around the campgrounds to keep the bears out.

Got the tent set up and us fed by 9 pm. Went for a walk along Bow's river and was still enough light outside at 10 pm!

Bundled up nice and warm to sleep in the cool night air. Thank goodness for my hat!
