It's Alex's lucky day. After his little purple car bit the dust a couple of weeks ago, he's been without wheels, which is difficult when you live here. But on Monday, some friends offered him their old car, since neither can use it any longer, and after a day spent sorting out insurance yesterday, and this morning buying and fitting a new battery, he drove it home victoriously. Now he's gone down to show it off to Mum and Dad. And to prove it, here are the pictures. And as you see, the snow has gone, we got up the drive for the first time in 2 weeks yesterday.
