My first trip from was home was a very long 12 car journey to Scotland. Luckily, as I'm only 3 months old, I managed to sleep most of the way. When I was awake Uncle Matthew got to entertain me with Colin the caterpillar and my other toys. It was exciting being my first trip away, but also very sad. The reason for our trip was to scatter my great-grandads ashes near his childhood home. I didn't get to meet my great-grandad (he died just 10 days before I was born), but mummy told me he was one of the best men around!
