Woke up and went shopping in Aberdeen with Becc for our road trip to Troon. It was another beautiful day 18 degrees, cool and cloudy. Packed bags for our four day trip to Ireland and had home-made pizzas on the back deck. Left Aberdeen around 4.00pm travelling east to west across Scotland to a suburb of Glasgow called Hamilton. The road trip was fun felt like the Griswold’s driving around for hours. Got to the Hamilton Inn Express and stayed the night.

Wow the weather sounds great! Hey I don't know if it is just because we are geographers - but we would recommend to get a map (or map-book even better) and highlight every road you travel on. I did that when backpacking in Europe and NA and it brings back so many memories when looking at the map!! Photos can also be linked to the map route. Anyway, have heaps of fun in Ireland!!!
