Waking me up at 5am, Mark B says "shit man, I feel energized, I'm going to shower, eat breakfast, and plan our day!". me, "sure man, do it,zzzz" We leave early I think, 9ish or so. Since we arrived early and the museums weren't open yet, we bought tickets for Lion King musical. 26 poundsn, what the hell, never been to a real musical before (story to come later). That day we say the british parliament buildings, Big Ben of course, Trafalgar Square, The National Gallery museum, Tate Britain (pretty good), Tate Modern (really f'ed up, most wasn't even remotely 'art'), popped into the Canadian embassy (kinda funny/cool), Westminster Abbey, walked across the milennium bridge, oh ya and we took a clipper (fast ferry) from the tate to the tate, pretty cool. So ya after that we headed to see Lion King. Now, I must say the props and visual imagery was mind blowing, sometimes you think it's real, but the acting, omg horrible. Nothing ruins a classic disney movie more than harsh british accents on every actor. Even their singing wasn't exactly great. Walked a little around Covent Green market place, then headed home to Hendon Central, didn't want to get stuck downtown as underground closes at 12:30am.
