Not a lot of enthusiasm after yesterday and given the cold weather.
I missed posting yesterday because we had no internet access. It is now posted and is worth a look. We spent the night in the most unique place yet.

Sixty kilometres for the riders today. No rain, temperature in the low teens and mostly downhill. The climate is certainly different up here. We're getting really close to the northwest corner of Spain. Everything is green and it's hard to remember the hot weather of Andalucia.

We are in Portomarin, tonight. A pretty town on a lake or reservoir, hard to tell which. It's mainly a pilgrim town. The views are nice and there's an ancient old church in the middle of town.

This is about 3 kms down the road from O Cebreiro. It shows the type of terrain for today's ride.

It's actually a church/castle. It was built to guard the Camino.

You might be able to see the pilgrims coming across the bridge. At any given time there will be 6 or more on the bridge and it goes on continuously.
