Sunrise in Barcelona
Back into France via the Camargue and Aigues Mortes. A chance to explore the area before continuing to Antribes and the French Riviera.

Travel day today. For some reason Melissa and I decided to get up at 5.30 so we'd have time to have showers and repack before breakfast. Ended up being ready way too early, so we went for a walk to the beach to try catch the sunrise. I jumped the fence, which I later realised I wasn't supposed to do. The sand was freezing so the water was warm by comparison. Had Spanish omlette for breakfast and packed the coach, then headed off at about 8am.
First service stop was at the same autogrill we stopped at on the way in. Drove past the Pyraneese, and had our lunch stop at a walled city, which i can't remember the name of at the moment. It was built by Louis IX in the 4th century, and was at one stage used as a women's prison. Had jamboret et fromage (ham and cheese) crepes for lunch, and went to the pub for a kronenburg so we could use the bathroom. Drove for ages until our next autogrill

stop, where the women's toilets were closed for cleaning so we all had to use the mens room.
Arrived at the campsite at about 6, which is actually at a place called Biot, not Antibes. Had an awesome night at the bar on site. Had 4 kronenburgs, B52(contreau, baileys and kahlua), 3 French F@£%$ (peppermint, baileys and kahlua), and a white wine. Should have been so smashed but I was fine. Went to bed about midnight.
