Day 13: soggy asparagus

Day 13 Bilbao



We woke up early and packed our apartment up ready for the purple house tomorrow stay tuned......

We waited at the bus stop until the bus came, it had YouTube but the wifi was a little dodge, but what do you expect? The bus was two hours and when we got off it took about 30 minutes to walk to the hotel.

They said we would get in at 2 so we went to Guggenheim gallery, it was amazing. Then we went to a really cool park afterwards, then at 4:30 went to the hotel. It is really nice, it has room service but turns out it does not come till 7:30 and it was only 5. we were all hungry so we went to the restaurant but the kitchen was closed so we went next door and had ham, cold floppy asparagus and lamb cutlets. We were laughing really hard when we came back to the hotel.

I was first as always in the elevator, but then I realised no-one was behind me and the doors had shut. I went to level 4 where our room was but realised they weren't there, so went back to level one. Then I realised reception was on level 0 where they were, so I met them there and Mum was freaking.

We tried to get room service for dessert but the menu is terrible with fruitcicles and stuff. We sent Dad out for ice cream to get our favourite smarties ice cream which they don't have in Australia, where you are probably reading this from.
