Saturday, May 22nd: Wow…we have been in Europe a week so far!!! It feels like we have been here for a lot longer…I guess when you keep busy, time just slows way down! I hate to say it again…after Skyping with Eric last night, we found out that the weather at home has not been much to talk about. We have been blessed with about 75-80 degree weather, and today is no exception! I have gotten really brown due to the Mediterranean sun…it’s kind of like going to Hawaii…the sun is a lot different! Love it!!! Anyway, we completely enjoyed driving through the countryside, yesterday, that we decided that we’d do it again today!!!
