5 Terre

Hello!! Let me first say that Cinque Terre is AMAZING. We have a GREAT room with a balcony overlooking the teal blue water. Yesterday we took a hike to Monterosso which was challenging but beautiful. Then we came back (by train, haha) and went swimming in the ocean for a couple hours. The water is so clear and the perfect temperature. I could have stayed in for hours longer. Then we had dinner at an old castle overlooking the coast, and returned to our room where we drank wine and stargazed until we went to sleep. Yeah, mom, youre right, we are peaking pretty early!!

Today we went to Pisa and took cheesy leaning tower pictures. Now we are back and dont know what tonight holds yet. Tomorrow we are doing the rest of the hike (it goes around all 5 towns), as long as we wake up early enough because it is hot as heck here by 11 AM! We will probably swim a bit again tomorrow too seeing as its amazing.
