Odd Spot(s)

• It's amazing how confident we have become at crossing the crazy roads here. The trick is not to look for any patterns in the traffic - see video example - just look straight ahead and walk with confidence to the other side like the locals. The cars and bikes just weave their way around you.
  
• The trains are driven like the cars and bikes. Whe you leave the station the driver absolutely floors it and when you are pulling into the next station they slam on the brakes.

Campo de' Fioro Market
One of the oldest markets in Rome, this was a great little open-air fruit, vegetable and flower market. We enjoyed a punnet of the most flavoursome strawberries we have ever tasted.

Blue Ice Gelateria
The gelati officianado has declared this the best gelati of the trip so far.
