Another quietish day today. We left Kinvarra and backtracked by about 40 minutes, driving north to Galway City. We wandered around a bit, finding a couple of cutsey little streets to explore, and I splashed out on an Aran knitted dress. It’s being posted to my home, so I’m hoping it’ll be waiting for me next week. As we both needed a comfort break, we went into Finnegan’s, a building pertaining to be the oldest medieval restaurant in the city. It was rather spoilt inside by the 3 television screens and loud modern music. Still, we were both more comfortable when we left.
