This past weekend I traveled to Killarney and toured the Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. The town of Killarney itself is a lovely town. A memorial to a priest from Killarney who helped save thousands from the Nazis in WWII in Rome often risking his own life. After the war he made sure that German POW's were treated properly. Famous for his belief, "God had no country".
