Yay!! We just got our internet back, it wasn't working yesterday at all.
So yesterday we took a drive up to Connemara, Clifden and Lettefrack, in what the Irish call the wild west. The roads are not nearly wide enough to be two ways, but they are, as I said before, it's pretty terrifying. That area is one of the most beautiful places I have ever seen. There are mountains everywhere, and they're just covered in rocks and grass, and little ponds and lakes. Mom almost ran over sheep a few times too. We ended up going into Lettefrack because thats where Kylmore Abby is (a beautiful "house" that is now a nunnery/girls school). It was absolutly breathtaking. Not only is the house georgous, but the grounds are amazing. After getting lost for about an hour we ended up in Connemara Park and went hiking. We even got to see some Connemara ponies!
Once we got back we went straight out to an amazing dinner in Galway City, to a pub called Quays. The inside was about 3 or 4 different levels, it actaully resembles a church on the inside. They played some amazing Irish music, but there wasnt much room
to dance. Mom and I met this group that was on a tour, 5 guys from Long Island and a mother and daughter from Long Island. Once the band stopped playing, mom went home and I went with the tour group to the pub next door. It was smaller, but much rowdier. There was another band up on this huge stage and everybody was Irish dancing, including myself (for a couple hours). Before it closed there was a brief NY danceoff outside between two of the brothers and myself.
Yeah, so its Wenesday morning and we're off to our next hotel now, hopefully they'll have internet too.

whats up girl!? i see everything is goin great over there, looks like your having alot of fun....all the new pictures are awesome... whats the red stuff on the sheeps back tho? hey, another thing, did you get my last comment cuz when i went to check it yesterday everything was erased for some reason...your silly, how do you go to ireland and end up hanging out with a bunch of guys from long island haha. dancin queen now too huh? well i start my vacation today also which should be loads of fun!!!! probly not as much fun as going to ireland or anything but whatever. that's really cool you and your mom got to take a hike in the mountains, it really is beautiful....i wanted to go down to the shore but i dont think thats going to happen.. me and jack are going down to the city tonite tho, so i'm gona try and have some fun...might go up to new paultz friday also. still don't beat a pint and some irish dancing to the wee hours of the nite with interesting new people in a different country. sooo jealous! well, either way i'm glad to hear your having a great time and i hope to hear some new news soon. find anything i might like yet? haha just kidding. you are so not gona want to come back by the end of this trip haha. alright i'll be checkin up so keep the pictures and stories comin. love u kt
