St. Stephen's Green
Today was another full day. We were up early so we had breakfust and then came back to our room and went to sleep. Got moving around 10am and were headed towards Powerscourt. We walked to the bus stop we needed and on the way there passed through St. Stephen's Green. It was a really nice park. Lots of green grass and colorful flowers.
The bus ride to Powerscourt was fun - we sat on the top. It was nice to leave the city and see some of the landscape.
When we got there we had to walk up this incredibly steep hill. I think my legs will hurt tomorrow. At the top we found the entrance and had to walk a long bit until we hit the gardens. It was tiring, but really scenic and the breeze felt good.
We had sandwhiches out on a terrace and then started our walk through the gardens. They were HUGE, but gorgeous. I really loved the Japanese garden - it was not only beautiful but very peaceful. I could have stayed there all day. There was also a pet cemetary - which sounds cooler than it was, but you could tell the weath

of the people who lived there because each pet had an inscribed tombstone. I liked this one part of the walled garden too. Very neatly kept, with bright flowers and sculptures of the Italian masters. At the end I was tired but we checked out the Pepperpot tower because Adam wanted to see it. It was cute. We climbed to the top - it was pretty small.
We left and started walking down the big hill, but walked through this Church's cemetary and looked at the headstones.
We JUST made it to the bus before it left - i was very sleepy on the ride back. We got back to Dublin and walked to the Dublin Castle - which didn't look very cool (from what i saw) and we had missed the soonest tour, so we headed back to the hotel for a nap. Adam set the alarm wrong so it was a long nap 😊 But it felt good. I took a nice shower and eventually we headed out for dinner. There wasn't to omuch around a pub wanted too much for fish n' chips (too rich for Adam!) so we at at Eddie Rocket's -- Johnny Rocket's Irish

The Italian Garden at Powerscourt. It was Designed by Daniel Robertson. The terraces were laid out during the 1840's and took over 100 men 12 years to complete.
brother. THe burger was strange and now i have oniony breath.
Tomorrow we are leaving Dublin, most likely to Galway and then to the Cliffs of Moher. It'll be fun to see more stuff. I was sad that the Church bells didn't ring pretty like yesterday - I really enjoyed that!
