Left Belfast after a rainy morning. Wanted to take the 13.00 hours train to Dublin however the line had been blocked and the first 30 km there was a coach. At Newry, the Ulster border I could take the train to Dublin. Reached Dublin at 15.23 and took a taxi, due to the heavy rain , to the hotel. The hotel was 15 km outside of Dublin I found out.Actually it was the only hotel on this trip booked by an agent.Reasonable hotel in the middle of nowhere, hotel restaurant closed at 19.00 hours checked in at 16.00 hours

Made a quick scan and foud out as most interesting in the neighbourhood a Tesco, a chinese take away and a huge funeral parlor.

After a quick check on internet I found a hotel in the centre of Dublin. Checked out in the 1st hotel at 17.00 hours and checked in in the second one an hour later. Glen Guesthouse is simple but clean and in the centre of Dublin in a street with 40 other guesthouses all with vacant rooms.

Walked a bit in town, ate Italian, went early back to do my laundry and have to get up tomorrow 5.30(am)
Rain stopped after 17.00 hours.
