Day 26: MYKONOS

Admittedly it was more than hot so we moved to the shade of another tree while the guide kept talking I wandered off to have a look at some of the ruins and actually walked on the Lechaion Road shortly before everyone headed back to the coach. Onto the Corinth Canal, a 19th. Century engineering feat 6,343 metres long, 25 metres, its depth 8 metres and the earth cliffs flanking it reach a maximum height of 63 metres.
