Laura had a map, Marianne had a map and Robert had his GPS and with all of this we were able to find our way around. Good thing Robert and Marianne had a good sense of direction because I'm sure I could have gotten us hopelessly lost.

We walked from Montmarte heading down toward the Seine. Ended up near Notre Dame and we crossed over the Seine and found a nice spot with a bench to sit and eat our lunch and enjoy the view of Notre Dame.

Really nice place for a picnic and we all enjoyed what we had chosen for lunch and especially our wine. From there we continued on along the Seine. For awhile we got up on the street level and there still were all the sidewalk vendors that had been there when we last came to Paris many years ago!
