Puy de Sancy

The morning was spent completing a delightful 3.5 hour circular walk over the summit of Puy de Sancy. The walk started and finished at the bottom of the telepherique which goes up the mountain. The going was quite rough in places but Wendy managed in her usual confident style.

In the afternoon we started driving east and north and after visiting the remarkable church at Orcival, spent the night outside Aubusson, a centre of tapestry making.
