Pluto and I So this morning we were up on time to go to Disneyland... well we were meant to be but accidentally fell back to sleep after the alarm went off... opps! We made it to Disneyland and it took a while for us to get into the actual park but we made it. We wandered around the park (Steve especially enjoyed Fantasyland with all the Princesses (hehe)). There were definitely a lot of young children there and a few crazy Mickey Mouse obsessed middle aged woman so we were feeling kind of like the odd ones out but that's ok. It was a shame because a chunk of the Adventureland part was closed and being redone but oh well. We found a few fun rides to go on and some how we always ended up on the front of the rides... go figure how this happens!
After a few hours and after having some lunch we headed over to the Walt Disney Studio's part of the park and that was our favourite part because there were a lot more scary and fun rides there. Again we ended up in the front row of some terrifying rides. The freakiest ride we went on

Me in front of the fairy castle was the Tower of Terror (but not like the Tower of Terror in Dreamworld!) where we were sat in an elevator (again in the front row) and zoomed up a few levels of the 13 storied building them flung back down and up again to a haunted room where we saw freaky thing happen and of course dropped back down again but the worst part was going right to the 13th level and they opened the doors and we looked out over the whole of the park before immediately being dropped back down to the ground level... let me just say I had VERY wet feet afterwards from the sweat! LOL
We saw a lot of the Dinsey characters but they were surrounded by small children and their pushy parents so we didn't bother getting any photos with them.
We went on a train ride which showed us the 'Behind the scenes' of some famous movies and we were taken to a set where a truck was under an oil tank on a hill then all of a sudden our train started rocking along with everything on set... apparently it was meant to be an earthquake and I can tell

Alice in Wonderland 'Curious Labyrinth' you from first hand experience that it did not feel like a real earthquake! But following the earthquake the drilled oil hole exploded into flames... that was awesome and rather hot. And this was followed by 30,000L of water pouring over the hill and from above the canopy where our train was under... it was amazing too! We also got to see how they can take a setting such as London where it looked just like a normal street then the other side of the street had been destroyed by a fire breathing dragon... to be honest it looked like parts of Christchurch really but it really was destroyed and looked very realistic!
We finished the day with a ride on the Aerosmith Rock and Roller Coaster (Aerosmith is a well known band for those who don't know) which was sooooooooo cool! It was pitch black and there were so many twists and turns with the occassional set of lights. I have decided that roller coasters are not as bad when they are in the dark and you can't see what is coming next!
We left Walt Disney Studio's as it was closing and headed back over to Disneyland for

Another long day and very sore feet again (but it was another sunny day)!
