Today, we started in front of la Vie Scolaire and M. Garnier was our parent guide. He is Agathe’s Dad. We took the bus#4 down to City Hall (la Mairie) and explored the market, had a coffee. We met Mr. Andy Fischer for a tour of Bayonne. We had pique-nique lunches from Largenté and some free time in Bayonne, then we walked to les Arènes. Mme. Rosa (Chloe's Mom) met us there. M. Baratchart and M. Lionel gave us a tour, then we returned to la Mairie, where we were received by the Deputy Mayor and welcomed with the Basque Dance of Honor, l’Aurresku, performed by Muskila Puskila. Our host siblings joined us and brought us home from there.

Trying to understand without judgement is a refined level of approaching different cultures. I don't have to agree with it to respect it and learn about it. :)
