Hey Stefan this look like an amazing trip! Your creative writing is comming along great. Say hi to Moo for me, I hope you have some more entries soon. Joe
Your travels are inspiring. Got keyed onto your blog by JC after your fall. Very sorry to hear about that. First time I meet you was just after your fall in the Darrens. It was at the Castle Hill Bouldering comp and you were swinging around your cast like a madman. Thought to myself, "My God, that is the healtiest looking cripple I've ever met!" If there is anyone that can bounce back its you. Godspeed.
So sorry to hear this Steffan- Susan and I are thinking of you during this time. May you fully and quickly heal and continue being an inspiration to us all. love, David
Your new challenge Hang in there Stefan.
We never really know what the next challenge will be. Yours is a bigger one than you imagined but we all know you can do it. Everyone is behind you on this one.
Stefan is in Intensive Care, Vancouver General Hospital I'm not sure if you know Stephan, but i'm sure that some people who access your website will. I'm hoping you have a place on your website for the following message:
Stephan Hadfield is currently in the intensive care unit at Vancouver General Hospital, Canada. On March 1st Stephan was skiing at Whistler skifield, and suffered a bad fall over a rocky outcrop. He was flown immediately to Vancouver General Hospital, where tests revealed multiple skull fractures and a fractured pelvis. He has been operated on but is still in the intensive care unit. His family flies in today (March 3rd). Could you offer your love, thoughts, and prayers for him and his family at this very difficult time.
Thanks
Please feel free to edit where you find appropriate.
Thanks again,

I have to go... Your travel blog is amazing... I'm planning a trip to Xinjiang right now and you've convinced me to overcome my fears and try to follow your path out to Taxkorgan, or at least as far as I can go. Thank you for your pictures most of all.
Get in touch you bum! Hey matey,
Jo and I fly into the UK on the 4th of April and hit France on the 13th of April (Cherbourg) From there we drive down to Granada for a wedding on the 22nd of April. After that we'll head around the place until we fly out of Paris on the 8th of May. Plan is to spend a couple of days at Font before we fly out to Los Vegas.
Tried emailing you so thought this might be a better way to get hold of you. Don't bother emailing from the 31st as not taking work email on the road. Will have NZ mobile so you can text me +64 21 779 970.
Dead keen to hook up. We have a car so easy to get from A to B. Have climbing shoes so can boulder.
Get in touch ok!
David
Morocco Hey Stefano, really like your write-up and photos of Morocco, you should be a travel writer! Sorry we didn't end up meeting again in Tangier. The thought of staying out for any longer after dark with all the hassels from groups of local guys was too much for me! Definately not a hardened travel like you! Looking forward to hearing about the rest of your travels. Carla
Tube death lines You crazy fool! Those are death lines with a tube! YEA HA!
I'm expecting you to tube Huka Falls (with a big tube wheel thrown in of the lip as well) when you get back to NZ .
