Sensory overload! Wow, I can imagine that the time on the beach is going to be a welcome pause to let all the sights and experiences of the past few weeks sink in. Such rich visuals and the food ... yummm, I am jealous!
A Different World Wow, you are traveling around a truly different world, aren't you! Your photos and descriptions are absolutely wonderful. I really get a sense of the experience...the sea of people, the climate so different from Washington State, the visceral images, as well as the opulant ones. You've taken us right along with you, thank you.
Yohan, we'll write as a class again, as soon as we can after getting back to school next week. I'm glad you are enjoying so many amazing places. There must be so much to take in! We miss you.
- Always, Christina

Great Blog! Hi guys! Sounds like your trip continues to be fabulous! It's fun to read about Hong Kong and Bangkok as I've actually been there, so I can imagine the stuff you describe (the wet markets - yucky!, the escalators and markets in HK, etc...). Keep the entries coming! Reading your entries, I feel like I'm on a mini-vacation here at my desk at Starbucks. Safe travels!

what fun! Thanks so much for sharing your amazing trip with us. It brings back such wonderful memories! My brother lived in HK for 4 years and we visited him twice. I fondly remember walking to the Peak and the amazing views. Arun and I had our honeymoon in Thailand and loved all the things you mentioned. The incredible food, the people, and the beaches. What a nice life. So happy to hear you are all healthy and enjoying yourselves so much. Your writing is amazing and it makes us feel like we are right there with you. Gorgeous pictures. 3 countries and it feels like you have only been gone a week or so. It's amazing how much you can accomplish while traveling.
Cherry blossoms are out here but it's still cold. Kids on Spring break so it's busy. Nothing as exciting to share as your stories. Can't wait to see the next entry. I loved the first one about Japan. So many things you guys did and it's wonderful to hear how natural and fun it is for the kids. You inspire us!
Wow! Glad to hear you guys are having such an awesome time, what a trip, love the pics...I look forward to reading another blog :)

After living in Seattle Washington for 11 years, we have decided to pack up our bags and leave for new horizons, at least for the year. Our choice, Paris!! This was appealing for us because we will be able to return to Seattle with a direct flight if needed, we are close to family in the south of France and we are also very central in Europe which allows us to travel to England, Holland and Belgium with ease. This is also a prime time in the kid's lives to try out a new school without them hating us for the rest of their lives!
