Madness over land!

We are going from crazy India all the way to Holland over land!! Our plan is to take buses, trains or whatever sort of transport we can get.. Except planes!
We want to visit Nepal, Tibet, China, Rusia, Poland and Germany on our way back.. And who knows which countries more! It all depends on who we meet and where we end up!
