Enjoy every minute It's lovely to read of your adventures. I am "homesick" for the Bosporus. In September, Lorraine and I could see it from our hotel dining room. Turkey is such an ancient and beautiful country. You must be so excited to be there, and so looking forward to next Saturday. Enjoy, and keep posting! XX

Safely Landed So glad you landed safely and have arrived at your hotel, Aunty Lesley & Kerri saw you on the news how proud and excited we all are as well as emotional & happy for you on your epic journey in our father's/grandfather's footsteps. My grandfather landed on the shores of Gallipoli 25 April 1915. It's an honour to accompany my darling 90 year old mum (his daughter) to attend the commemoration ceremony. She's a grandmother and great-grandmother. I'm a grandmother...Grandmas in Gallipoli.... Now, 14 months after this incredible and humbling journey, we go to France with very dear friends.
