Greetings from all Hey Emy and Lukus. Your blog is read outloud at the house for us all to keep
Up to date with your adventures. It is always well articulated with lots is descriptives that allows us to visualize your experiences.
I also must comment on how glad I am to hear we are sharing unpleasant weather simultaneously. Would rather be sharing a drink n a chat but this will do I guess.
Take of each other and be safe
I am honoured The cold weather you mention was here as well but more like -17 at night. The wind also blew here last night sounding like a freight train. Thanks for the honourable mention.
Never to long Hi Lukus & Emy: In the latest installment of your blog you made a comment that you thought it was to long. I have to say that we read and enjoy every word and then talk about them and discuss your adventures with family friends. Also while reading on my ipad it is my habit to have Google Earth open on the computer so I can follow along while sitting by the window the other side of which today is -9 so please don't think they are to long.
Enjoy the Sun & Fun

Great attitude What a master story teller you are!
This is a trip of a lifetime
Smart to do this before life gets in the way
You will never regret taking the time away from the Canadian routine to create memories
I can't tell you how much I envy you
There is never any guarantee that someday, when you have the time and money to do a trip like that, you will be healthy enough to try it.

Wonderful Compliment Thank you for your supportive and flattering words; it is so humbling to receive such comments on my writing! It is nice to know that people enjoy it!
It is true, it takes some faith to let go of the comforts of routine and the lure of security to head out into the unknown. But we are having the time of our lives and truly feel blessed each and every day. Thank you again for your encouragement, and we hope that you have a wonderful year!
Thanks Doug Thank you for the continued support and for the New Years greetings. We hope you have a wonderful year, and get a chance to step out on some adventures in 2017!

Living Vicariously Through You Two What a wonderful blog! I have thoroughly enjoyed reading it (also the reference to us in your previous post) as I know many of the waters you are in. I look forward to reading about the Keys and Bahamas. I have forwarded the blog onto Jackie, Dean and Tricia so they can also enjoy. Keep Sailing and Be Safe! Pam
Great to hear from you Pam! I am so glad you are enjoying our blog. I have to admit, I enjoy writing it. We are having a wonderful time, Florida is beautiful. So great to have met you; hope you all continue to enjoy your own sailing adventures!!
GO,GO,GO Today I received an email from my neighbour who resides in Florida for the winter. He tells me he is going to have to wear his wind pants on his morning bike ride the next few days so head for the keys and stay warm. On the way be careful of floating hotels.
I am enjoying your blog keep em coming
Tom
We are go, go, going We are in the Keys now, and not a cold moment to be had. It is gloriously warm here with a nice breeze. Made it without any encounters with floating hotels, however, we have seen some pretty darn big boats!! Hope you are keeping warm up there. Enjoy the upcoming holiday season!!
Enjoying the change in scenery It is lovely down here in the Gulf. Very different from river cruising, which is nice in it's own sense; calm and sedate. Nice to be out in big open waters though too, a little more rocking and rolling and lots of dolphins and waves to watch.
Gales of November and beyond Emy and Lukus, Washington Island and Gills Rock (where I am) got hit by storm force winds close to 60 MPH. Several docks were damaged. My boat (The Shoreline) is safe and secure in a heated building where I can work on it. Snowing today, enjoy the warmth down there.
Strong winds Wow, those are pretty big winds you have gotten there! Glad your boat is safely on the hard. Glad we are off the lakes, gets nasty this time of year.It has been cool here lately, but we definitely have not seen any snow, so cannot complain. We are enjoying our travels and being on the Gulf. Take care and stay warm!
