Ashleigh: We decided the morning would be a great time to take a day trip to Port Macquarie. We weren't really sure what we wanted to do there, and we stupidly didn't bring our swimmers, which we regretted later on. Port Macquarie is only about 45 minutes from where we were staying in Harrington. We left at about 8:30 and arrived by 9:15. The first thing we did - very un-tourist like - was go to the shopping centres. There are two main ones in Port Macquarie - Settlement City and Port Central. I needed new sandals, so why not?
