Eastbound and Down First of all, I'm so glad you are on your way home! I told your mother the other day that I needed a Kayli and Maddie fix (just like when you were both toddlers)! The pics you sent are absolutely fantastic and we both enjoyed seeing them. Continue to be safe and maybe, just maybe we'll make you two stuffed cabbage to celebrate your homecoming! We love you both!!
I left comments for you w/in the last couple of weeks, but don't see them anywhere! Oh, well, suffice it to say I am incredibly proud of you two ladies (even before this Jack Kerouac-type trip!) Miss you much. Don't know how far you plan on traveling ... if you will pass Indiana and go to the Northeast section of our country, but if you do, the Appalachian trail is quite beautiful and you can just hike sections of it, as suits your needs. I love you both more than words can say, and I look forward to "Niceing" your hair as soon as you get back. I am always up until at least 12:30 am, so feel free to call if you need to hear a crazy yet familiar voice. Aunt Crazy Horse
One Month! Girlies ~ I can't believe you have been gone a month already! My how time flies. Glad you found some time to be silly and have fun being silly. . .I can just picture the two of you going into the theater looking like lumpy pregnant women and everyone around you wondering what was so funny! Continue to be safe and continue sending pics - the ones you have sent are fabulous! I've flown over the Grand Canyon several times, but seeing it through the eye of your camera sure makes it real. We miss you two and send our love!

Two canyons Ok finally found how to coment on your blog. You must be having so much fun. Wish I was your 6 year old little brother with you and you could be showing me all the cool stuff too. I've always been young at heart too but my bones keep reminding me of my young old age ha ha. My mind wil never let me forget though. Being 7 Years Old Oh, girlies, how I remember when you were 7 and 8 - or was it 6 and 7? - This last entry into your blog brought tears to my eyes because of the memories I carry in my heart and mind when you were so young! I'm glad you were able to go back to that time on this trip - it was a time of renewal for two little girls who had been through quite a bit in their young lives. However, look in the mirror and see what WONDERFUL adult women you have become! I love you! Can't wait to read about the next chapter :)
