Disappointment!
I'm so sorry the fires are contributing to your disappointment at not seeing the Oregon coast, or enjoying the seafood. Along with Covid, the fires are adding to what seems like many plagues against humanity. I'm so glad you have each other and a great sense of humor! Enjoying your blog. Thanks for sharing. RV's would have been tough. Lot's of the roads we took were gravel, with lots of grades, turns, switchbacks. This trip was best enjoyed with a vehicle I think.

The Cat Herder and his wife are a retired couple residing most of the year in Northeastern USA. Since retirement we have taken a liking to traveling, sometimes with a large group of our friends, other times with our long time friends and travel companions, John and Diane. The term "Cat herder and his wife" originated from our first Med cruise. There was a group of 12 on that trip, all retired.
