Awww, they eat fruit! As soon as I heard he wouldn't chomp my finger off, I agreed to pick him up. You would have too, how many chances in life do you get?
yeah, this guy was not warm and fuzzy. Made was visibly nervous, and kept telling me not to get to close. "Aggressive, Suss-Anne, aggresssive, not too close" LOL, he was really scared!
Yeah, these were like one of the few cuties in the Reptile park. I liked the iguanas too, but Made wouldn't pick them up! <br>And I'd hasten to call the Komodo's cute! One bite from them, and you die a slow death the next day from the venom in their saliva. Then they come find you where you died and eat you whole. Not cool!
Yeah, these rice terraces were amazing. I took a million pictures, definetly one of these needs to end up in a frame. These are just the kind of images I was picturing in my mind for this visit to Asia. You just can't believe it, but the rice plants are like a flourescent green. It's like they radiate the sun, it just doesn't seem real.
LOL, well I did just extend my visa for another 30 days! So I'll be in Bali at least a month and a half, and I originally ballparked Bali for 2 weeks. And seeing as this is the first stop on my trip, I'm guessing it might be a little long er than 3 months in total. =)
Hey folks,
I've decided to use TravelPOD instead of this site for my blog. Sorry!
Here is the link to the active blog I'm using for Asia '08:
