Hi Maca, I am in a group knitting Flanders Poppies for Anzac Day and an other lady in the groups daughter is currently walking Camino too. She has sent home photos of poppies, if you see any I would love a photo. Sounds like you are having a great time even though your feet may be feeling the pain. Take care Love you xo
Great Job! Looks like things are well forgot both. What wonderful scenery to enjoy and appreciate. Looks like you may have had some fog to wander through. What a great trust test that is! Enjoy your upcoming day of rest. You both deserve it!
G'day again! Hey Daryl! We are loving following you on your amazing journey! We just wanted to ask if you had to slow down when you saw that 40 speed sign (in the photo) as you flew past it? If you aren't careful, you will be totally fit when you come home! So glad you are enjoying this challenge of a lifetime! With our love and thoughts and prayers, Kev and Liz.
Phone Gday mate. Love reading about your adventure, tried to phone you the other day but that phone number you listed said it could not connect !
Bless you mate. Kevin.
G'day From Oz! Hey Daryl! We have just discovered your blog, and have thoroughly enjoyed reading it! Made us laugh a lot! But what an experience for you to enjoy! Thanks for sharing it with us. We have just returned from a week and a half in Esperance with our family - Tayla has returned home after her 6 months with YWAM and we just loved seeing how God has moved in her life, given her a focus, and brought healing and purpose and amazing giftedness to her. He is so good! We had a lot of fun with Muz and Gayle and the girls in our short time with them. Just want to say our feet feel fine today, our backs are good, and we aren't feeling too old (or even ancient!) either, so maybe when you return from your pilgrimage - if you are still alive - you could come and recuperate here with us!! We even have a BIG bed you could sleep in and your whole body would remain in it all night!! Now that's an invitation that's hard to refuse, hey? Praying for you, Daryl, and looking forward to the next blog! Take care. With our love, Kev and Liz.
photo p1050662 What a great photographer you are turning into! Makes me want to go in person to see what you are seeing! You may end up changing careers yet?
caught up hey daryl, I finally caught up on your blogs. I don't have time to read them during the week, you know my strict boss makes me work so hard, haha. Well I have been praying daily for your ligaments, muscles, tendons, and joints to keep up with you. I tried to warn you ahead of time to train better but nobody listens to me haha. I'm so glad you can ride the bus when you need to so at least you can continue enjoying the wonderful experience. Wow you are so brave I could never do this especially with the wild weather. All by bus would be best for me. Thank you for taking the time to blog I know your rest is very limited. Love you!

Sorry to hear the garage sale of all garage sales is tbis weekend, I'm sure there is something I need.
We are in Burgos having a day off. It is a lovely city with much to enjoy in the old city.
We have passed 300kms, with only 500kms to go - oh me, oh my, hope these little feet last.
Met some very nice people along the way, had some great discussion.
Praying for your cataract operation.
Love to you & Bill.

Rain? Rain is good for your hair. Look at the blessings! As my mom use to say...."you are not sugar so you won't melt." Glad you are not letting it dampen your walk! We miss you and are glad you have been able to take this wonderful journey, spiritual and physical.

Keep on Going Hi Daryl,
Sounds like most of your trip is going well, walking in rain, over slippery rocks and shale is challenging. I am happy you made it. The overall trip sounds like it would be interesting to do. When we hike/backpack I am ready to stop after 4 hours. Good for you to keep on going. Your body will make it and so will your feet. My prayers are for you to enjoy the trip you have planned for so long.

Enjoying your blogs. Do you and Rodger meet with others to eat breakfast and dinner? Looking forward to knowing if your walk was anything like the movie, especially sleeping conditions. Jim Anderson did a fantastic job this morning. I think he had the people mesmerized. Stay dry. Blessings to you and Rodger
Aussie Aussie Aussie Hi Daryl (& Roger),
Hope you guys are having the most amazing time, it certainly sound like it. You have been in my thoughts and prayers. I think you are both incredible to take this journey on. Paul and I have just been on holidays and did a 14Km walk up and down paths, stairs and ladders in Carnarvon Gorge and my legs were aching that night so you are putting me to shame. Keep up the posts when you can, enjoy yourself and stay safe. Love you xo
