Ruby, you popped in my head and I had a sudden urge to read all your blogs since december....so good to hear about all the things you've been doing. I hope you are enjoying Kiwi Burn! Keep us posted on all your amazing antics. Loads of love and warm thoughts to you magical one. xxxxxxxxx
animals I just spent a few days at a farm ("Wurzerhof") in Osttirol, Stefan and Tali were also there. We went for the snow, mostly.
We collected our food remains and brought them to the pig stall daily. The pigs there were hairy - 2 growns ups and 4 young ones. It was nice to see them almost fight over the food, react to us, being quite curious. One of the farm's kittens joined us and watched the pigs whilst sitting on a post. And 1m deep snow all around us. It was lovely. Like cats are, they never acknowledge us, but still followed us around. All those animals are fascinating. As for sheep, though - määäh! :)
Lovely flower mad hat you had there. And I liked the video as well - good to hear your voice again.
Be well!
Hecticness Vs Lushness Hey up my dear,
My body is literally aching for a little more of what you're describing and although I am insanely jealous right now I'm so happy that your adventures are taking you on a path you want to be on.
Things back here are moving on little by little for me and I am starting a small carpentry course in 2 weeks time before probably heading off to France for a while to see Ruth and build some yurts for as long as I can.
The last 3 weeks have been an explosion of hecticness as only London can provide. The usual ingredients are all still there and it is taking my head a lot longer to readjust than I imagined. Serendipity is abounding on some new paths I have been exploring though :)
Missing you and your company.
Much love

Your whole blog post just put a big smile on my face. I'm glad that India has given you something beyond cricket and ashrams ;)
Desires are not necessarily something to reproach yourself for. Life is for the enjoying in both a momentary and universal sense.
Or some such other wise words.
Hey There I'll be in Rishikesh in early December....canyou tell me what the weather is like there now? And do you need to bring a sleeping bag? HOpe you feel better soon...I"m sure it'll pass and then Rishikesh will seem all different again!
love to you soul cat Dearest Rubex, lots of love to you. Have just read all your blogs having received your e-mail about you staying in an ashram for a while. will be thinking about you and sendinh you warm thoughts. Sounds like a great move. I just got back from a retreat in Scotland which was 7 days, 3.5 hours yoga a day and 3 meditation sessions of 30-45mins and that was awesome, imagine that for a month or more what good it will do. Good move my friend. all the best for your next leg of journey xxxxxxxxxxxxx
smells and such Hi Ruby,
good to be hearing from you.
I believe in medieval times London was quite alike big asian cities with their smells and stenches etc. :)
And I fell with you regarding the crowds. It's not as much as I don't like them but that they make me feel uneasy and alerted all the time. Oh, and the evolving group dynamics, I don't like those, either - the lack of individualism... :) I do like competitive games, though, especially when partaking in them.
Anyhow. Thanks for sharing your adventures. Find out about the eunuchs (how do you figure they were eunuchs, btw?)
And please give a warm hug to Adam from me!
Be well and whole!
