Lisbon
Hi there! what a lovely place looks fascinating despite its devastation all those years ago. The custard tarts look yummy and familiar. Think they have something similar in Mercadona. Lol. looking forward to reading the next instalment and of course looking at Johns beautiful pictures. Stay well and enjoy. Besos.

Hi Viv and zjohn We free to Jersey in a turboprop place a few years ago. We really enjoyed it and it’s so good to see so clearly the land below. Have a great couple of days.. here in North Devon it is only 11 degrees but sunny.

Wonderful trip
What a great way to finish your travels. We did the same walk a few years ago and it’s great to see the Tower from the other side of the river. We’ve never been into the Bridge or up the Shard. Thank you for the amazing blogs and photos. What a wonderful trip. Enjoy the summer and we will see you in September. Can’t believe it’s a year since we were at London Bridge station just before the attack took place love Barb and Dave xx

COMMENT,OF COURSE.
...IT GOT TO 1-15AM AND I THOUGHT READ THE REST OF THE BOOK TOMORROW AND NOW FOR BED...ONLY KIDDING VIV, HOW THE HECK DO YOU MANAGE TO WRITE SO MUCH AND DO SO MUCH....!!!! AS YOU ARE SO SHORT OF ORANGUTAN'S I SUGGEST YOU WATCH CLINT EASTWOOD IN THE FILM ''EVERY WHICH WAY BUT LOOSE'', THAT WILL QUENCH YOUR APPETITE...THE LAST PIC OF THE 'ART MUSEUM' SUGGESTS A RUSSIAN INFLUENCE DON'T YOU THINK. LAST BUT NOT LEAST HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO YOUR MUM.

Every which way but lose
Hi. Interesting thing about that Orang is that it is a female! Males have the big cheek pads and are far too aggressive for old Clint!!!

Last few days
That bridge is something else. I still suffer from the problem that I think all small, far away countries are years behind us. Not so. That's some engineering feat! Very nice pic of Viv - a good one for the album! Make the most of your remaining time before returning to UK. xx

ODD YOU SHOULD MENTION THIS IN YOUR BORNEO BLOG!! I HAVE TO SAY YOUR RECENT ADVENTURE LOOKS VERY CIVELISED NO ONE BEHIND TREE'S WITH BOWS AND ARROWS LOOKING FOR TARGETS.....I IMAGINE YOU HAD IN YOUR FINAL PIC A ..GTIL? KEEP GOING.

That canvas
You're right! What a lot of colour has hit that canvas in the past few weeks. Almost a jewelled shade a day. Interesting presentation at the Cultural Museum - 7 impressive soundbites which give the visitor an overview of the developing social history of the area. Nice to know you are back in Kuching. E N J O Y!! .

Tattoo and monkey business
Well what an interesting day. quite amazing that they build their houses so well. I couldn’t have gone up those ladders either. I guessed you had had a henna type tattoo. Dave says stop monkeying about! Seriously we are amazed by your journey. Take care love Barb and Dave xx Ps off to London today not because of the Royal wedding or the cup final but meeting Ann to see Swan Lake. Wish you were with us xx
