We didn't rush to get out of bed, simply because the journey from Laos had taken its toll, both physically and mentally! Mark, however was rushing out the door and downstairs at 10.59 to stuff his face with the complimentary breakfast! (breakfast stoped at 11am) After a short rest, we ventured out into Chaing Mai. The guesthouse we were staying at was not centrally located but was the older sister of the guesthouse we had stayed at in Luang Prabang! We wandered around the outskirts for what seemed like an enternity before making our way into the moat surrounded central area of the city.
