I love that surprise, not a bad spot to have some champagne in the afternoon!!! Sounds like things are going nicely. The Piggy dessert...OMG that cuteness!! I am glad Mitch you choose to stop and grab a bite to eat from Chef Dee's kitchen, looks to not have disappointed! Aaahhhh, the vegetable vendors, shall be delightful. ;)

I was happy you weren’t in Sorrento while they had the rain. The northern region was hit very hard from what I read. Limoncello spritzers, sounds refreshing and dangerous, we must have some when you return. That eggplant looks to die for and one of my favorites. Hope the weather stays perfect as you continue exploring and people watching.

That is well, quite the Italian Hot Dog!!! So glad to have abit of time to catch up in warp speed on the travels of Dee and Mitch, lol!!! I can not even believe it has been that long ago since you started these adventures together, that's is as long ago in my kiddos birth years, geez... time sure does fly. Your apartment looks lovely and the views fantastic. It looks so pretty and Dee your "male magnetic" has not lost any strength!! BTW, I would have to figure out a way to hinder the church bells, seriously...who set that to go off every 15mins???? Just Who does this and Why???!!!

So happy you made it back safely to Sorrento, your home away from home. Nice to hear of a pleasant flying experience, you don’t hear that often anymore. Those sandwiches look delicious. Looking forward to more Italian adventures. 😘

it almost makes it worth being a bit disabled!

Safe travels back to Sorrento. I can imagine it will be hard to leave but maybe next year you will spend your next trip there! 😀 The tomato platter looks delicious, time for some more Italian food!
