Seeing is believing! Ha! Finally some photographic evidence of your tales of daring and adventure!! All sounds fantastic!
It's gonna be a bit tame when you get home but at least the temperatures will be a bit warmer for you both. How many memory cards have you filled I ask myself?
Take care and see you soon

Cheers Hi May, Sounds like you are having a great time and doing lots of research on your Tour of the Worlds Beers! Just remember why all those budda's have little pot bellies. The Easter weekend weather here has been as usual dull and grey, but as you would guess it hasn't stopped us getting out and having a few rounds of our own (albeit on the golf course). We have just booked a weeks trip to Turkey (golfing) in June, couldn't stand the thought of not having a holiday on the horizon. Holly popped round yesterday, it was lovely to see her. She was very lucky that David only showed her about 50 of our NZ photos not the 350 you sat through! Take care and enjoy yourselves it will be over all too quickly. Elaine
Words of encouragement from Grandad Seen the blog, like the views but don't think we'd like the worms or eggs. We'll stick to roast beef!
Lots of love

Laos Hi May and Lyndsay - your comments and photos of Laos are fascinating and we are following your adventures with so much interest. May - Keith and I popped into the Mile End Wall (while doing a canal walk-out so we can lead a group there soon) and we popped in to see your old stamping grounds! love to you both
elephants look comfy Just been catching up on yours and Linsay's adventures! Elephant travel beats having to catch the bus from Billericay to Chelmsford when there's engineering works on the line! Ha - bet that makes you homesick. I hope that it stops raining and you can put that pack of cards away girls. Climbing, snorkelling, avoiding sharks already. Now remember the factor one million sun cream next time. Lots of love to you xxxxx
Words of advice from Nan Syb This is from Nan looking at your blog at Lyngate.
Glad you look like you're both enjoying yourselves, but watch out for the mountains - its a long way to drop. Just get yourself back home in one piece!
luv Nan
I am jealous! Hi May and Lyndsay,
Am really pleased you are both having such a great time. Am also jealous cos I am leeds and although the sun is finally shining it is nowhere nearly as lovely as Thailand!
When I was there I regularly got accused of being Scandinavian as well. It may not happen so much now you are both sunburnt, though - the real scandinavians always seems to be bronzed, not like us bright-red Brits. Remember the Baz Luhmann song and ALWAYS WEAR SUNSCREEN. And continue to have a brilliant time. Loads of love to you both xxxxx
Woop U look like ur both having a really good time! Careful with that sun burn though..Maybe now people will ask if you are lobsters now! Just kiddin, i cant really talk when it comes to sun burn! Its exciting reading your blogs.xx
shark attack, climb etc! Hi May and Lyns - great to see your pics and to read about your trip so far. The climbing pics gave us the jitters! What a beautiful part of the world you are in right now. Enjoy every minute! Love from us both
Everything looks so lovely there - I'm v. jealous as I tackle a pile of paper at my desk and it's all grey outside. Sounds like you guys are having fun. Nothing much to report from the SSC.
Helloooo!!! Hey May! So all those Saturdays at the Mile End Climbing Wall really did pay off! I am soooooooo jealous already reading through your blogs...!!! You know it's forecast to snow this week again, so even though you have got a bit of rain count yourself lucky. Anyway roll on Sydney! You have fun... and I am bad, I've lost your email address already. I almost sent another email to your work address about all my juicy goss and stupid tales (actually more of the latter sadly as I don't get up to anything juicy these days). Take care... xxxxx
Nationality confusion Great to hear from you - we were accused of being Australian - by some Australians we met on holiday in Italy years ago! But that was the Suffolk accent - not our good looks!! XXXX
