Sa-wat-dii!
Welcome to our blog. We're on day three, so thought we'd give you an update:
Friday we landed in Bangkok and flew straight out to Phuket. We've been here a couple of days and will be heading to Ko Phi Phi tomorrow.
Highlights include:
- we've been asked if we are Finnish - twice. (This is obviously a result of our Scandanavian natural-blonde hair!)
- getting lost on the way to our hotel - our taxi triver didn't have a clue where he was going (and he made us listen to Dolly Parton for the whole journey!!)
- crazy stray dogs everywhere
- very hot, although not much of a tan yet
- our shower has been designed for small people, so even May has to crouch to stand under it!!!
- Lynsay has been asked for kisses and May has been told she is beautiful...
- We have ben sleeping A LOT - 14 hours Fri/Sat night and 12 hours last night!! We are hardcore!

Nationality confusion
Great to hear from you - we were accused of being Australian - by some Australians we met on holiday in Italy years ago! But that was the Suffolk accent - not our good looks!! XXXX
