If you want to have a good drink with a delicious tapa and be setting with the Alhambra palace in front of your eyes, you must come to Granada!. I recommend you The White Nest Hostel. It is located in the best area of the Albayzin with magnificent view of the palace and aseo de los tristes. You can find a young international group of like minded people, in fresh vibrant surroundings. You will have a great time to remember your entire life I propose you to stay in Hostels Granada and experience the life of Albayzin, Sacromonte and the heart of Granada itself.
Cinque Terre Recommendations Hi Laura, thanks for blogging. I'm headed to Europe in a week and Italy is on the list for early June. I hadn't heard of Cinque Terre but from your pictures it looks like it's a worthwhile place to visit! You mentioned a cheap place to stay in Cinque Terre... that got my attention! can you tell me the name of it??

Grape Hyacinths Hi Laura,
Your Mom told me about your blog one day when I was working in the Supt's. office. I have been following your journals and it sounds like you have been having some really great experiences and neat adventures. I have always known the flowers as Grape Hyacinths, if that helps. Take in all you can as your time left will go fast. Take care. ..NP
Mock Hyacinth Gram says that she always called these Mock Hyacinths, but some people call them bluebells. You know, bluebells, cockleshells alive, alive-o. But then, you realize that anything that Gramma doesn't know, she makes up, right? hahaha. Wow, Instanbul - amazing! What are you doing with your free time over there?! hehehe. Gram's doctor's parents live in Granada, so you may get some weird visitors one of these days....jk!
YOU ARE WONDERFUL!!! Laura --
If nothing else, you should write a book. You put words together so very, very beautifully. Wow, I always knew you were so very talented, I just didn't know how much.
I love you and I am living "vicariously - and, al biet, and with a bit of envy - no - that's not the right word -- "vicariously and happily AND VERY PROUDLY" are truly the very best ways to express my feelings
about you, and this wonderful "life's voyage" that you are on.
God bless you -- and HAPPY EASTER MONDAY!
Grandpa David and I have tried tuning in to and reaching you on SKYPE, but you have not been on line at the times we have tried.
We will, indeed, try again....
Lots of love, XXX and OOOO's. You are truly loved!!!!

Good Job!!! Of course you were good, you will be good at anything that you really want to do - you have a little of Chelsi in you ("You can try to beat me, but I'll kill myself before I let you" - hahaha) Looks like a lot of fun. I especially like the wipe out story - took out the Despacio Sign - hehehehe. Matt and Mike and Carla sound like great friends to have over there - tell em Grampa Bob says Hi!
SHMILY Laura Lee,
Loved all the pics....you know how we play the "cloud" game in the car....thought your cloud picture in Ireland looked like a mad pacman, trying to eat a smaller pacman :) Love to hear and see all your adventures!
(SHMILY...See how much I love you)
We love you honey and are thouroughly enjoying "the blob" :)
Hello I figured I should send a reply to the voice I heard when Chelsi called my room saying "Mr. Carney, I am going to be a little late, I am talking to my sister in Spain" and sure enough I could here you over the phone. Possibly you were in Ireland at the time. That is a place I might visit some day.
Sounds like quite an adventure. Say hi to Olga.
-Mr. Carney
Go for it! It looks like you are having a fantastic adventure. Gerri and I loved this part of the world and are very happy you can experience it. A guy tried to pick up Gerri in a bar in Dublin. Be safe and enjoy! Love, Grandpa Dave
Dancing School? Did you find any dancing schools in Spain? Offer still stands for lessons, but it doesn't sound like you have time. I am choreographing "I can do that!" from Chorus line - love to have you perform if you can work it in your schedule. Either using 3 or 5 girls - would love to use 3: You, Chelsi, and Alex. Putting a little tap in it, also. Love your blog, these computer thingys might not be so horrible after all - hahahaha (Grampa said that) Love you sooooo much, Gram
That's where my pocketknife went! So that's what happened to my pocketknife! Must have left it in the bag when we went to Mexico. I guess I'll just have to go to Spain to retreive it! I could play guitar with the gypsies, maybe. Love you're blog...it's just like we are there with you. Look kids, Big Ben, Pariliament! hahahaha Love you and miss you, but we are happy you are having the experience of your life! Love Gram and Gramps
Awesome! Wow! It sounds like the beach was a lot of fun! You will have to let Jeff know you will be in London, he might have to come and catch up with you. Hope to hear from you soon! Love, Pat
Picture Face Love and Miss your "picture face" sounds wild, glad you got home safely! My prayers and love are always with you Laura Lee/Bob :)
XXXOOOXXXOOOXXXOOOXXXOOOXXXOOOXXXOOOXXXOOO Mom
