Statins, aspirins, ibuprofen and anti histamine for DC as has lips like BEYONCE we finished a splendid hotel breakfast and packed bikes but ken and dave went wrong ramp out and had to back down which is very difficult, went not down to help but both had managed to sort it. Emerging in the street we met ELvis alive and well living or performing in salamance, so with big smiles we set off out of the city for some back road riding to Burgos about 250 Kim's or 160 miles away. Great roads and had coffee in small village with pretty bread delivery girl parking outside cafe and causing havoc, but wanted to have photos of our bikes for her boyfriend Onwards we ploughed and had few glitches with the sat nav but sorted it and ... read more

Always easy to bate him. Next skinny bar we had nice tapas and team decided that full meals are waste off time well except for ken who wanted a full evening meal. Finding our way out of Seville we stopped for early coffee break and met Pakistani chap who practiced his English on us. Yamaha racing team truck pulled in making his way back from jerez while we drank our morning caffeine fix. Ken invited dave G to make an illegal left out of the Car park but the passengers on the bus got short shrift from the bus driver of our convoy. Weather is excellent for biking very warm and overcast so the 297 miles on riding again on an empty dual carriageway should be no problem. All bikes doing well, and ken had given Lucas some fun by riding his grandson around the compound before we left .Miles or kilometres passed and we stopped for lunch along the way, but were possibly followed into our stop ... read more

Banter at breakfast on who had the least sleep last night, but nice hotel breakfast for 7 euro Set up sat nav's and departed in city traffic but DC lost the team at red traffic lights so steamed onto main highway to Seville, pulled into first services and rest came by so hooked up with team. Had planned to go mountain route but now have BBQ to get to by 2.00pm so pressed on to Seville Stopped for coffee and met 2 Scottish holiday bikers drinking coffee, turned out he worked for Babcock international who took over the BMW training centre many years ago, said that's when I left and he went quiet.
