Wild Wild West One of my favorite posts you have ever shared, and interestingly, it's one from home. What a moving read you have given me this evening on my airplane flight. Smile. The Black Hills of South Dakota are very much still on my to-see list. I'll have to get the secret spots from you, Susan.
I know you two have Mark & Barbara to visit when in Tahoe, but if you ever want a private sunset when escaping from the fog, let Jack and me know. Happy to have you use our little spot overlooking the lake.

1961 Following the Kennedy Presidential Parade, three of us traveled from D.C. to the West Coast, on old Route 66. What a marvelous trip.
Two returned to the East, one remained. Guess who?
Thanks for the memories,
Mary
What a fabulous road trip--Ken and I loved driving on long trips almost as much as cruising!! what about Oceania World Cruise-180 days, on a crappy ship, and sold out overnite---do you think Regent will get the message? Looking forward to seeing you in March, Beijing-Rome--
Drive safe, eat much, have a great family reunion, and above all-
keep an eye out for horses, deer, moose, and drunks---Betty
The great American road trip We enjoyed your blog this time again.
Yes, we really agree that travering by car has an advantage taking many things you need. Summer at lake Tahoe must be wonderful. We have once visited there and felt the great America. Thanks Masa and Miyoko
Agaain??? The salmon are really bilting, and you guys take off again. I hope the boat is well looked after.
I don't think I have ever known people with such itchy feet as you two.
Sounds like you are having fun with your land cruise. As usual, the narration is wonderful and the pictures perfect.
Have fun and keep the journals coming.
Bon (land) voyage,
Dick
Glad to hear from you I thought about you two a few days ago......missing your blog. Then today I got some Cruise Specialist flyers and saw your upcoming world cruise. I told Tom, oh look my friends......and he growled. (He won't cruise).
So happy to follow you on your land cruise. Have fun and I look forward to the world cruise.

Fantastic Thank you for taking us along on your adventures. I loved it! You do such a nice job. You could double as Activity Directors. Enjoy your summer off.
Loved reading about your recent adventures Thanks so much for your blogs on this cruise. Hope you're both doing well! Things are fine in Berkeley. Still enjoying my photography and the opportunities it allows.
Marseilles Barcelona is one of our favorite ports. We never got to go to Marseilles as the seas were too rough.
Back surgery went well. Got to come home a day early. Sore incision but all else is fine. Trying a new diet and doing well. OMNI Diet. Lost 18 lbs in 21 days. Awesome but miss the wine. Long way to go. Lynda
